The ducks seemed to be very sleepy this morning, especially this pochard.
Then I noticed something moving underneath the sleepy duck - a water boatmen was using him as a hiding-place!
Nearby was another sleepy duck, a mallard.
In this slowed-down video you can see him using his "third eyelid", the nictitating membrane, to keep his eye clear of dust.
